We have our final for yoga teacher training a week from tomorrow. It’s hard to believe that the journey I started in September is almost over.
The final is to teach a class–to our classmates. Luckily I am able to practice teaching this class 4 times before the final. Two down…two to go. And they are going very well. A simple yet effective “be open” class. Heart openers, hip openers..with some beautiful mudras to tie it all together.
AND: I was offered a class at the yoga studio! There are no words…it is a dream coming true. Can I say a dharma dream? It is “ohm-mazing”
